Investigation according to a clear process
The investigation support follows a structured process from updating to decision. Ready-made templates are available for, among other things, family homes, emergency homes, contact families and contact persons, while the organization can create its own templates based on local needs.
Documentation gathered in one place
All documentation is linked to the contractor's file. There is support for letter handling, journal entries and attached documents, as well as fillable PDF templates for BRA-fam.
Matching with better overview
With a consolidated register of contractors, it becomes easy to search, filter and identify suitable candidates for various assignments.
Easier contract management
Once the matching is complete and the fee is determined, agreements can be created automatically based on the assignment type.
This reduces manual steps and makes the agreement process a natural part of the rest of the assignment flow.
Easy reporting for contractors
Via a secure web portal with login via BankID, the contractor can sign agreements, report time and register expenses digitally.
Smooth transfer to payroll system
When the month's reporting is complete, the data can be exported to the business's payroll system for payment of fees and expenses, provided that integration is in place.
