New version 4.8.1 APP

This information only applies to customers who have started using the new app. Doc&Plan for iOS and Android.

We will soon launch a new version of the app, Doc&Plan 4.8.1, in both Google Play and the App Store.

The new version is published Tuesday June 16, 2026, 13:00 PM.

The update is published as a regular APP update and brings no downtime in the system.

Hello,

This information only applies to customers who use the documentation module together with the app.

In version 26.1.4, which was released earlier this week, we've made a change to improve the performance of the app. As part of this, we've introduced a new configuration setting that controls how many days back in time journal entries are displayed in the app.

You can administer the setting yourself via:

Admin → Configuration → The App
The setting is called:
“Number of days back in time that journal entries should be displayed in the app”
Please note that the role is required System administrator to be able to change this setting.

All customers experience problems in integration with the Swedish Tax Agency's NAVET for population registration data.

The problem has arisen in connection with updated documentation of NAVET api, we are in contact with the Swedish Tax Agency to get the problem resolved ASAP.

Updates will be provided on an ongoing basis as new information becomes available to share.

We have identified the problem and are working on testing a solution internally.

We have been able to test a working solution, hotfix on the following versions will be available tomorrow 2o26-06-12

During the service window, we will be performing work that may result in a disruption to all or part of our services for the specified period. As our customer, you need to be prepared and have backup procedures in place to work without access to our systems during the entire planned service window.
