We have discovered that customers using a smaller iPhone model with version iOS 1.6.4 released yesterday 2026-02-12 are having trouble seeing the password box.

A new app version will be released as soon as possible. It will then be version 1.6.5.
We will get back to you as soon as we have more information.

In connection with today's update, there was a disruption in planning, which meant that we needed to roll back the service package. We apologize for the incident and any inconvenience this may have caused.

The cause of the outage has now been resolved and we are ready to update the environments again tomorrow.

The web version will be updated. Wednesday, February 11, 2026, 11:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Please note that the web version will not be available during the update, which is expected to take between 30 minutes and 1 hourThe app may also be affected during this time.

The night of 19/2: The E-health authority has planned a shutdown.

Wednesday 18/2 at 23:00 to Thursday 19/2 at 07:00 at the latest, production of release 21.16 will be carried out within the E-health Agency.

The activity means downtime for all of the Swedish E-Health Agency's services.

It is therefore not possible to retrieve current prescriptions during this period.

Please note that this only affects retrieving current prescriptions.
