Alfa eCare Welfare – Assistance gets improved HR and personnel functionality

Just recently, the latest update of Alfa eCare Welfare was released for assistance. You as a customer now get better HR and personnel-related functions as well as improved follow-up and assurance of personnel-related parts to completely new functions within HR such as salary audit.

Several functions have also received a substantial boost in appearance and with better clarity.

The next major update is planned for the fall and significant development is now being carried out so that you as a customer will receive many long-awaited extensions and improvements. Finally, the new implementation plan is launched with IBIC management and a brand new interface! Before then, a minor update will also be made where the completion of the entire new "on- and off-boarding flow" for your employees will be included.
