Additional feature in upcoming release
Now it will be easier than ever to match the right person with the right position. In the upcoming release (26.1) we will introduce the Matching Queue function – a powerful tool for municipalities that want to structure their labor market work, shorten lead times and ensure that no candidate falls through the cracks.
In the upcoming release 26.1, we are introducing the additional Matching Queue feature, a long-awaited option that is specifically designed for larger municipalities with specialized labor market units.
The feature facilitates collaboration in organizations where staff are divided by areas of responsibility. With the matching queue, administrators responsible for mapping and documentation can easily forward orders and assignments to a specific matching role. This role then has overall responsibility for distributing and managing the matching to suitable workplaces.
Several large municipalities have already shown the way, and we see great opportunities for more municipalities to optimize their workflows through this option. Release 26.1 is planned to be rolled out during week 16 (mid-April).
Matching queue is an additional function that is added to the existing system; Alfa eCare Welfare – Work & Skills (formerly Accorda).
