Alfa eCare takes the next step on the journey to become a comprehensive supplier of digital systems for the public sector and its various areas of operation. To clarify and simplify the offer, we have now packaged our offer into two products, Alfa eCare Welfare and Alfa eCare Clinics, which are aimed at our two main segments of the market.
Alfa eCare has undergone significant growth in recent years and now has a product portfolio with great breadth and high quality. In order to make the market and our customers aware of our wide range, we have now simplified and clarified the offer by packaging two new products, Alfa eCare Welfare and Alfa eCare Clinics.
Our previous product names will disappear and instead fall under either Alfa eCare Welfare and/or Alfa eCare Clinics. If you are already a customer with us at Alfa eCare, it is important for you to know that this will not affect the module/installation that you and your organization or business use today. However, it will be easier for you to connect and understand which modules are available to you.

Alfa eCare Welfare is our product for the municipal market and the private actors who work on behalf of the municipality.
Alfa eCare Welfare supports the operations' processes and helps you comply with SoL, LSS, HSL, LVU, LVM and other laws that regulate the work of social services. Alfa eCare Welfare consists of the modules that our customers have taught us that they need for their daily work for the exercise of authority and the execution of efforts within all different parts of the business.
Alfa eCare Clinics is our product for the regional market and the private actors who work on behalf of the region or provide care privately. Alfa eCare Clinics supports business processes and helps you comply with PDL and HSL. Contains both modules that are specialized in certain business areas as well as modules that create value in all businesses such as automation and digital process control.
