- We have had a very good collaboration from the beginning of the project and all the way to the operational transition, says Jenny Maxeus, project manager at Lund Municipality.

- As a supplier, Alfa eCare has been responsive to our needs and we have had a good and close dialogue. Alfa eCare's project manager Anna Thelenius is also very positive and impressed by Lund's digitization work.

- Lund municipality is at the forefront of digitization and it has been both inspiring and instructive to work together.

- The collaboration has worked very well thanks to Lund ensuring and coordinating internal activities within the municipality. It is important to manage and improve internal routines and processes when a change as large as the introduction of a new system involves. The business must lead and the system must be adapted accordingly, not the other way around. The municipality of Lund has also appointed digital developers, which has been very valuable. A successful concept that we are happy to recommend to several of our customers, says Anna. 

Sandra West is the development leader for digitization in care and social care in Lund municipality and she tells more about the municipality's work.

- For us, it is important to follow the development of society and we of course want to live up to the expectations that exist from our municipal residents and employees. Digitization in itself is not an end in itself, but it is precisely what digitization enables that is important. It can be about profits in the form of increased quality of the care and care we deliver and eliminating time thieves for our employees so that they can spend their time on value-creating activities for those for whom we exist. It creates increased security, independence and participation, says Sandra and continues - We invest heavily in digitization and there is a clear mission and commitment from our politicians that permeates the entire organization. We start from our guidelines which say that digital should always be considered as the first option when it is beneficial for the individual and that must guide our work, says Sandra.

- In practice, this means that we start from the needs that we identify in our target groups in order to then find suitable solutions that can respond to the needs and deliver benefits. We have a strong focus on benefit realization, which guides our priorities and choices. That is precisely why Alfa eCare PlanIt was chosen. It was the system that could best respond to our needs and requirements and was able to deliver a solution with such high quality, concludes Sandra.

Jimmy Strand, who is a Digideveloper and System Manager for Alfa eCare PlanIt in Lund municipality, says;
