Dynamic QR code check-in feature for personalized assistance

In Alfa eCare Welfare (formerly called FAST) for personal assistance, we have recently launched the dynamic QR code check-in function. The function ensures that the assistant is in place with the customer.

Alfa eCare Welfare offers a complete operating system for personal assistance and now there is also a dynamic QR code check-in function to ensure that the assistant is on site with the customer.

With the help of the dynamic function, new QR codes are always generated which the customer shares with the assistant who scans and identifies himself with the BankId. In this way, it is ensured that the right person is in the right place at the right time.

As an administrator in the system, it is also possible to send out checks during an ongoing shift. The assistant must then verify with the QR code that he is there.
